Key Responsibilities:
Define, own, and refine product success metrics, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive metric framework.
Report, track, and analyze key metrics, making recommendations to improve them and identifying critical product functionalities and their business impact.
Collaborate with engineering teams to identify and address instrumentation gaps, ensuring accurate data collection for key functionalities.
Apply technical expertise in observational data analysis to address critical business questions and influence product strategy.
Communicate effective presentations of data-driven insights and recommendations to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
Four-year degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in analysis applications, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), and data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with experimental design, data analysis, survey methodology, and statistical modeling.
Experience in operational analysis or project management support (e.g., consulting, management reporting, Six Sigma certification).
Ability to apply statistical training to real-world data and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
