Key Responsibilities
Ā Lead the design and implementation of diverse data solutions, ensuring they align with business requirements and comply with established technical standards.
Ā Collaborate closely with Data Product Management, Data Governance, and IT teams to ensure that both ad hoc and point solutions adhere to data architecture guidelines.
Ā Provide expert guidance on the integration of various data domains to develop cohesive solutions.
Ā Oversee and direct the technical efforts of product and scrum teams to maintain the highest quality data solutions.
Ā Develop sophisticated data pipelines, reports, and dashboards that facilitate informed decision-making across the organization.
Ā Review solutions and work in partnership with Enterprise Data & Analytics teams to effectively deploy data visualizations and statistical analyses.
Ā Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize and scale data solutions for broader organizational usage.
Ā Promote the implementation of solutions that enhance swift decision-making and increase opportunities for reuse of data assets.
Required Skills
Ā Proficiency in technology and a strong understanding of data solutions.
Ā Expertise in SQL, with the ability to query large and complex datasets effectively.
Ā In-depth experience in Data Modeling and Architecture.
Ā Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Ā Knowledge in data profiling, statistical analysis, and data standardization techniques.
Ā Familiarity with tools like Collibra, Informatica, and Snowflake; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
Qualifications
Ā A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or a High School diploma/GED along with 10 years of relevant experience.
Ā At least 5 years of experience in technology with proven expertise in data solutions.
Ā A minimum of 4 years leading complex technology initiatives and influencing organizational strategy.
Ā At least 2 years of experience in Data Modeling and Architecture.
