This role involves managing a team, driving strategic initiatives for service delivery, and collaborating with various teams to align certificate services with business needs. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of engineers and analysts responsible for certificate lifecycle automation and data integration. Drive strategic initiatives to improve service delivery and operational efficiency for platforms issuing and managing certificates. Collaborate cross-functionally with infrastructure, application, and security teams to align certificate services with enterprise needs. Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans. Support team development through coaching, performance management, and career growth opportunities. 100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Aligns, Develop Others - Collaborate across teams to reduce vulnerabilities, risks and incident management; Drive execution of solution delivery; Guide teams in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution to ensure priorities objectives/deliverable are met; Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports Skills Proven experience in people management and leading technical teams. Familiarity with PKI concepts, certificate management platforms, and cybersecurity principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
