Remote Customer Support Specialist at PUMP
Monroe Christian School in Milwaukee, WI is looking for one remote customer support specialist to join our team. We are located on 3847 N 66th St. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Provide detailed information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Process orders, refunds, and exchanges accurately and timely.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with the team.
Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle high volumes of inquiries.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a remote work environment.
Familiarity with the companys industry or products.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (e.g., Spanish) is a plus.
