Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us create high-quality games that exceed our players' expectations.Key Responsibilities Proactively identify inefficiencies and elaborate areas in our improvement technique across disciplines Maintain, extend, and aid present development gear Build and guide custom asset pipelines Grow arenaflex's proprietary libraries, tools, and technologies across game engines and structures Collaborate with the crew to generate candidate answers, weigh tradeoffs, and implement selected solutions Assist, develop, and preserve arenaflex's present set of engine-specific and custom gear Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for empowering others to do their best work.You should enjoy working with the overall device lifecycle, from coming across issues to evaluating the effectiveness of implemented tools.
