Required Skills
Ā Previous experience in a customer-facing role, specifically within SaaS or similar industries.
Ā Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with tools such as Zoom, Basecamp, TimeDoctor, and Google Drive.
Ā Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and flexibility while managing multiple tasks.
Ā Strong attention to detail and a passion for problem-solving.
Ā Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets is a plus.
