Assist users with account management, billing issues, subscription plans, and payment concerns. Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, device compatibility, and software updates. Educate customers on Hulus features, policies, and service offerings. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate complex issues when necessary. Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting performance metrics.Collaborate with internal teams to improve the customer support experience. Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote environment. Background in the entertainment, media, or tech industry is a plus. Working Hours Full-time and part-time positions available.
