Mid-Level HR Generalist (Part-Time Contract)

About the position We’re seeking a mid-level HR professional with hands-on experience in HR and payroll to join our team on a part-time contract basis. If you’ve spent the last few years navigating ADP Workforce Now and supporting employees with confidence, this role could be a great fit. You must be available during standard business hours, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, even though the role is part-time. This is an ongoing contract position with no defined end date. Candidates must be located within 30 minutes of Malvern, PA and able to commute to the office 3 days per week (Wednesdays). Pay: $25/hour Responsibilities • Support the HR team with day to day operations and troubleshoot inquiries from employees. • Assist with payroll using ADP Workforce Now • Support with benefits enrollment and employee inquiries • Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations • Maintain accurate employee records • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies • Reconcile benefit invoices and manage billing • Assist with HR projects and internal communications • Provide backup support for our HR team as needed • Make an impact and contribute to the overall organization goals Requirements • 3+ years of benefits administration experience • 3+ years of payroll experience • 3+ years in human resources overall • 3+ years using ADP Workforce Now • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Benefits • Flexible part-time schedule • Hybrid work setup (3 days in-office) Wednesdays • A chance to make a real impact in a growing company • Supportive team and exposure to a variety of HR functions Apply tot his job
