[Remote] Customer Support Consultant - Evening Shift (Remote from Croatia)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sendcloud is a leading shipping solution provider aiming to automate shipping processes for e-commerce. The Customer Support Consultant will assist and inform B2B customers, helping them to independently make the right decisions regarding their shipments while ensuring professional support through various communication channels.
