Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ediphi is a rapidly expanding SaaS platform that offers a cloud-based estimating and preconstruction solution for General Contractors. They are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to build and maintain customer relationships, drive adoption, and help protect and grow Annual Recurring Revenue. Responsibilities • Build trusted advisor relationships across customer organizations, from executives to day-to-day users. • Maintain regular customer engagement, including strategic account reviews. • Respond to customer needs quickly and professionally; track engagement, feedback, and issues in internal systems. • Protect & grow ARR growth: Identify expansion opportunities (in partnership with Sales) and proactively manage renewals. • Collaborate with Technical Sales to develop and execute actionable success plans. • Forecast and mitigate customer risk to minimize churn. • Represent the voice of the customer internally, sharing feedback with Product and contributing to roadmap alignment. • Coordinate with cross functional teams internally to deliver outstanding customer service. Skills • 5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Relationship Management role. • Ability to build strong relationships at all organizational levels, including C-suite. • Strong problem-solving, consultative, and strategic planning skills. • Understanding of recurring revenue business models and customer value drivers. • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills. • Experience in SaaS, including pricing, sales, and negotiation. • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to operate independently and effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment. • Willingness to travel ~20% to customer sites and industry events. • Familiarity with construction workflows, tools, or estimating practices. • Empathy and curiosity to deeply understand customer businesses and goals. • Experience managing large, complex customer organizations, including multi-stakeholder relationships and layered decision-making structures.
