Job Description

Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Provide information about Deltas services, policies, and procedures.
Identify and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Gather feedback from customers to improve service delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software is a plus.

Educational Qualifications
