Remote Customer Services Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities
Ā Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information and assistance
Ā Utilize computerized systems to input and track customer orders and inquiries
Ā Assist with sales inquiries and provide product information
Ā Maintain office organization and assist with administrative tasks
Ā Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Ā Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Ā Provide multilingual support when necessary
Ā Support customers with cash handling transactions
Ā Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications
Ā Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ā Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ā Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
Ā Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Ā Knowledge of customer support practices and procedures

Pay: $53,862.00 - $60,356.00 per year
