Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Technical proficiency with Apple products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc.) is a plus. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
