Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on any outstanding documentation to maintain up-to-date client accounts.
Keep detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, ideally within the insurance or call center industries.
One year of accounting experience is advantageous.
Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is highly preferred.
Strong capabilities in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a high-volume workload.
Capacity to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Willingness to accommodate occasional overtime as required.
Qualifications
An Associate's degree in business or a related field is required.
