Job Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative (Temporary) As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in solving problems, answering questions, and providing information to employees of our clients regarding benefits and payroll. This temporary position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a tangible impact on our clients' satisfaction. Key Details of the Position: Compensation: $15.50 per hour. Nature of Employment: Temporary, with varying hours from part-time to up to 40 hours per week during peak times. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm Eastern Time. Work Arrangement: Fully remote. blithequark will provide the necessary equipment, provided you have high-speed internet. How You'll Make an Impact As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality client service that aligns with blithequark's standards and practices. Your role will involve: Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a call center environment. Resolving customer issues related to employee benefits by researching their problems and processing documents. Maintaining satisfactory quality assurance scores and consistently meeting or exceeding departmental performance metrics. Fostering and maintaining relationships with existing clients through exceptional service. About You: Essential and Preferred Qualifications Requirements: A high school diploma. Previous customer service experience. Strong typing and basic computer skills. Nice to Have: A working knowledge of Microsoft software applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word. Exposure to benefits, HR, and/or payroll processes. Experience working in a call center environment.
