You will help maintain our reputation as one of the most respected brands in our industry. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: - Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or chat with empathy and professionalism. - Providing information about products and services, taking orders, and processing returns in a timely and efficient manner. - Troubleshooting and resolving product issues and concerns, escalating complex issues to supervisors as needed. - Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. - Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments. - Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor, such as participating in training sessions, attending team meetings, and contributing to process improvements. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: - A high school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent. - The ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times. - Comfort with using computers and navigating our customer relationship management (CRM) software. - Excellent phone etiquette, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. - The ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results in a fast-paced environment. - Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields is preferred, but not required. **Work Hours & Benefits** This position requires availability during weekends (Saturday and Sunday), with flexible scheduling available to accommodate your needs.
