About the Role As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative for Property and Casualty Insurance, you will be working remotely and will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You will be part of a diverse team that is passionate about providing top-notch service and support to our customers. Your role will involve actively listening to customers, identifying their needs, and advising them on plan options, coverages, and pricing. You will also be responsible for processing new and amended enrollments, ensuring that our clients' customers have authentic experiences, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. Key Responsibilities Actively listen to customers and ask questions to identify their needs Advise customers on plan options, coverages, and pricing Process new and amended enrollments Ensure that customers have authentic experiences Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have an active resident license to sell Property and Casualty insurance. You should also have a high school diploma or GED, be fluent in English or bilingual (Spanish/English), and have a passion for helping others. We are looking for individuals who are patient, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. You should also be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
