Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
Provide information about flight schedules, reservations, and policies
Assist customers with booking and modifying reservations
Handle payment processing and refunds
Document and update customer records in our CRM system
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service excellence
