As a Remote Customer Service Representative Intern, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients via phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities:

Product/Service Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to accurately respond to customer inquiries.

Feedback & Reporting: Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and recommend process improvements.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and customer support tools.
