This is a 3+ month contract role offering $55-$65 per hour and is perfect for an accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. This is a fully remote opportunityÂwork from anywhere within the United States (Central or East Timezone).
Job Responsibilities:
 Lead the month-end close process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
 Drive improvements in accounting processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
 Provide strategic guidance during system implementation, working with cross-functional teams for successful integration.
 Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure deadlines are met and performance goals are exceeded.
 Support ad-hoc financial reporting, analysis, and process optimization projects as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
 BachelorÂs degree in Accounting.
 8+ years of relevant accounting experience.
 Prior experience as an Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, Director, or Controller at a multi-site healthcare company.
 Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
 Available to start immediately.
 Must reside in the United States (Central or East Timezone).
 Ability to commit to a 3+ month full-time position.
Compensation & Benefits:
 $55-$65/hr (based on experience)
