Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide exceptional customer service

Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to resolve customer issues efficiently
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a flexible schedule to accommodate various shifts, including weekends and holidays
