As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have the best experience possible. Whether it’s over the phone, via chat, or email, you’ll make a real difference in customers’ lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer inbound customer calls and respond to queries via chat and email.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by following company procedures.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain customer accounts by updating details and information as needed.
Work efficiently in a remote environment with provided tools and resources.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
A friendly, problem-solving attitude and passion for customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided!
