Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
Previous customer service experience, especially in a remote environment, is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
High degree of empathy, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adhere to scheduled shifts.
