Subject Matter Requirements:

At least 5 years of experience with Amazon Ads, with a proven track record of success
Minimum of 10 hours per week availability, with some overlap with the Pacific Time Zone
Experience managing six-figure monthly budgets, with a focus on maximizing ROI and CPA efficiency
Strong understanding of data-driven, direct response, and KPI-driven lead generation marketing strategies
Experience with other retail media platforms, such as Walmart, and familiarity with Skai (Kenshoo) and other third-party platforms

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and manage Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) to achieve client goals, with the ability to manage campaigns on other retail media platforms
Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive advertising strategies to drive traffic, increase conversions, and enhance product visibility, utilizing data-driven insights and industry best practices
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, utilizing Amazon Advertising reports and third-party tools to measure success and identify areas for improvement
Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by adjusting bids, targeting, and ad content based on performance data and industry best practices, to ensure maximum ROI and CPA efficiency
Budget Management: Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI) and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) efficiency
Market Research: Stay current with Amazon advertising trends, tools, and algorithm changes to provide innovative and effective advertising solutions, and maintain a competitive edge in the market
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and product management, to align advertising strategies with broader business objectives and ensure seamless execution

Client Management Responsibilities:

Extensive experience working directly with clients, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional results
Experience working remotely, with a proven ability to manage client communications and expectations in a virtual environment
Experience working as a team lead, with a focus on guiding and supporting team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
Lead client communications, align expectations across team members and clients, and ensure strategy and roadmap deliver on business objectives
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Responsive, organized, and reliable communication across email, video conferencing, and tools like Slack and Google Apps for Work, with a focus on providing exceptional client service and support

Typical Projects:

Develop Amazon Ads strategy, media, measurement, and implementation plans for campaigns, evergreen initiatives, product launches, and account restructures, with a focus on driving business growth and revenue
Conduct Amazon Ads audits, including campaign structure, settings, landing page, ad copy, and conversion audits, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance
Develop optimization and growth roadmaps, with a focus on maximizing ROI and CPA efficiency, and driving business growth and revenue
Execute keyword research and ad copy creation, with a focus on developing high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and revenue
Execute campaign setup, build-outs, cleanup, launches, and regular optimizations, with a focus on ensuring seamless execution and maximizing campaign performance
Manage and monitor budgets and campaign performance, with a focus on ensuring maximum ROI and CPA efficiency, and driving business growth and revenue
Provide analysis, insights, and recommendations, along with forecasting, to help clients make informed decisions and drive business growth and revenue
Develop and execute testing plans, with a focus on identifying areas for improvement and optimizing campaign performance
