Processor: I5 processor or better
Memory: 8 GB of RAM or more
Internet speed: 50MBPS (cable-connected)
Operating System: Windows 10 or Windows 11
Browser: Internet Explorer 11 or Firefox (latest version)
2 monitors: capable of displaying at least 1024 x 768 pixels
Sound card and speakers or headphones
USB headset
Approved anti-virus software: ESET or McAfee
1 year of customer service experience
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
