Key Responsibilities
Ā Respond to incoming calls, efficiently researching inquiries and delivering resolutions.
Ā Process a variety of billing and service requests such as account number updates, payment modifications, premium documentation, refunds, and policy inquiries.
Ā Manage manual premium payments through checks or direct account withdrawals.
Ā Address information requests and oversee public website inquiries.
Ā Conduct insurance verifications and follow up on outstanding items or funds.
Ā Maintain meticulous records of all customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills
Ā Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service (mandatory).
Ā Preferred: At least 1 year of accounting experience.
Ā Experience in insurance or call center environments is advantageous.
Ā Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Ā Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ā Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ā Exceptional attention to detail and data entry skills.
Ā Capacity to prioritize tasks and manage a demanding workload.
Ā Willingness to work overtime on occasion.
Qualifications
Ā An Associate's degree in business or a related field.
