As a customer-centric organization, we're committed to delivering exceptional experiences that exceed our customers' expectations and foster a lifelong bond between pets and their owners. **Your Role in Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences** As a Part-time Customer Experience Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their inquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing a first-line response and timely resolution to all inbound customer enquiries and subscription management requests via email and telephone. * Proactively identifying patterns or trends within the department, allowing us to continually improve our processes and the service we provide to our customers. * Continually learning and developing knowledge around our treatments and service offerings to better serve our customers. * Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth. * Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in customer service. **What We're Looking for in a Candidate** To excel in this role, you'll need: * At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in e-commerce or a related field. * Experience working in a remote environment, with strong computer literacy, written and verbal skills. * Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Freshdesk, Zendesk, or similar. * Experience with a variety of customer contact methods, including email, telephone, live chat. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a customer-centric approach. * A passion for pets and pet health, with a drive to align with our brand values: Do Good, Show Empathy, and Spread Optimism. * A dedicated workspace at home, with a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment. **What We Offer** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy: * Comprehensive private medical insurance, including alternative therapies, dental, optical, and mental health care. * 20 days holiday and all the usual UK public and bank holidays (pro rata) PLUS your birthday off. * Free blithequark subscription for your pet. * A fully remote working environment, with a team spanning across the UK. * A laptop, plus all other home-office equipment and tools needed for the role. * A £1000 personal learning and development budget, per annum. * Opportunities for career growth and professional development in a fast-growing start-up. **Shift Pattern and Salary** This part-time role requires 16-20 hours per week, from 10 am-2 pm daily, Monday to Thursday/Friday.
