Knowledge & Professionalism: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of all company offerings and support procedures. Handle all customer information with the utmost confidentiality and care. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions, even in challenging situations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in a customer service or support role is a plus, but not required. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a genuine desire to help others. Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn and navigate new software and systems.
