[Remote] Quality Analyst - Subrogation (TPL)

In this remote role, you will audit Third Party Liability cases to ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, while providing feedback for continuous improvement.ResponsibilitiesPerform quality audits on subrogation cases to ensure compliance with internal SOPs, client guidelines, and regulatory requirementsReview case files, documentation, liability determination, and system updates to evaluate accuracy and completenessDocument audit results, quality scores, and findings in internal quality tracking and reporting systemsMaintain audit documentation and supporting evidence in accordance with quality and compliance standardsProvide structured feedback and coaching insights to Operations and Trainings teams based on audit outcomesIdentify recurring quality issues, process gaps, and improvement opportunities through audit observationsParticipate in calibration sessions and quality assurance activities to maintain scoring consistency and alignment across auditorsEnsure audit practices remain aligned with internal policies, procedures and regulatory requirements related to processAnalyze audit trends and outcomes to perform root cause analysis an identify operational risksSupport continuous improvement initiatives, quality enhancement efforts, and process optimization activitiesSkillsBachelor's degree in: Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field preferred1-2 years of experience in insurance claims, subrogation operations, or quality assurancePrior experience in auditing insurance casesMedical terminology - preferredWorks independently in a remote environment and delivers exceptional resultsDemonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical skills, and attention to detailDetail orientated with a high degree of accuracyStrong problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skillsPossesses excellent time management and work prioritization skillsProficient in Excel, Word, and with general computer literacyMust be self-motivated to complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlinesPossess ability to maintain and promote good working relationships with co-workers, management, and clientsCompany OverviewEXL is a provider of Transformation and Outsourcing services to Global 1000 companies in multiple industries It was founded in 1999, and is headquartered in New York, New York, USA, with a workforce of 10001+ employees.
