In today's market, if we're not part of the clients plan right away, they simply will move on to our competition.
You will become certified to address their needs and then trained regularly to become proficient in our products.
Recognize client needs completely
Communicate those needs directly to our vendors
Respond back to our clients to confirm those needs are met
Interact with our clients directly whether in person or on the phone
Be responsible for all of your actions towards our clients and their needs
Have a strong knowledge of everything we offer
Be prepared to react to our clients promptly and completely
Our clients are more savvy today, then they were yesterday.
They'll have more knowledge tomorrow than they had today.
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll learn how to maintain that level of expertise so that your clients will know they're getting exactly what they came for.
