Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Epic EHR Analyst to join our team in a fully remote capacity. The Analyst will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and optimizing Epic modules to improve clinical workflows, patient care, and operational efficiency. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare IT environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConfigure, maintain, and support Epic EHR modules (e.g., EpicCare Ambulatory, Inpatient, Resolute, Cadence, MyChart, etc.).Collaborate with clinical, revenue cycle, and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.Analyze workflows, identify gaps, and recommend system enhancements.Build and test system components, including templates, order sets, and custom reports.Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support in a timely manner.Document system changes, policies, and procedures.Participate in Epic upgrade cycles, testing, and training initiatives.Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare IT security standards.QualificationsBachelor s degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).Epic certification in one or more modules (required or must be obtained within 6 months).2+ years of hands-on experience with Epic EHR implementation or support.Strong understanding of healthcare workflows (clinical, financial, or scheduling).Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.Thanks Employers have access to artificial intelligence language tools (“AI”) that help generate and enhance job descriptions and AI may have been used to create this description.
