Provide enrollment support for new PACE enrollees
Communicate pharmacy benefit information to network pharmacies contracted with facilities
Coordinate facility discharges to ensure medication reconciliation and timely delivery
Provide help desk support to network pharmacies
Make outgoing calls to confirm information necessary for processing customer requests
What Is Required (Qualifications)
HS diploma required
Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
Strong patient-centered focus and excellent communication skills, especially via phone
Proficient with MS Office Suite and strong computer proficiency
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality

Understanding of clinical terms and their impacts
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
