This position offers a competitive pay rate of $18.75 per hour, with comprehensive onsite training for the first month prior to transitioning to a remote work setup.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and process incoming faxes containing information from healthcare providers, patients, and medications.
Verify that all essential information is complete, including dates of birth and medication dosages.
Proactively follow up with providers to obtain any missing data.
Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage.
Handle around 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather the same information.
Required Skills
Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities.
Proficient in managing both fax and phone communications efficiently.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications
Must be a resident of Massachusetts.
