You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. This is a 100% remote work opportunity, requiring a high level of self-motivation, discipline, and technical expertise. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle inbound calls from customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner * Utilize various databases and written materials to look up and provide information to telephone inquiries * Provide clear and concise information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded * Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge * Meet or exceed established contractual turnaround times for customer inquiries and issues **Work from Home Requirements** * This is a Work at Home assignment, requiring a dedicated office space that mimics the in-office environment and experience for the customer * Must have a desktop or laptop with the following: + Windows 10 + Intel Core i5 processor or higher + 8GM Memory + 256 GB Hard Drive + Minimum of 1 USB Gen 2 or newer + Headset connection hard wired (not wireless) + Hard Wired internet connection (CAN NOT use Wi-Fi) + 1 RJ-45 for wired network connection * Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection (validated by a copy of a current internet bill with internet specifications) * Must have 2 monitors * Minimum speed requirement of 25/25 mbps.
