What You'll Do

As a Remote Customer Service Agent specializing in Auto Dealer Support, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our automotive dealership clients. Your daily responsibilities will include:


Providing exceptional customer service over the phone with a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude
Utilizing your computer skills to efficiently navigate our systems and databases
Researching and resolving requests related to profile assistance and account management
Tracking vehicle shipments and monitoring vehicle orders to ensure timely delivery
Assisting with car warranties by providing accurate information and guidance to dealership personnel
Escalating critical orders appropriately when immediate attention is required
Managing inbound and outbound communications via phone calls, chats, emails, and other channels as needed
Delivering timely and accurate solutions while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
Documenting all interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for record-keeping and quality assurance
Collaborating with team members to share knowledge and best practices

Strong computer skills including proficiency in typing, navigating multiple software applications, and learning new systems quickly
Excellent typing speed and accuracy with the ability to speak and type proficiently at the same time

Eligibility Requirements

Essential Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
Two or more years of customer service experience in any of the following areas:

Call center environment
Retail sales or service
Restaurant or food service industry
Hospitality (hotels, resorts, etc.)
Any role requiring direct customer interaction


Must be a resident of Michigan
Ability to work during the specified training and scheduling hours (see below)
Reliable commitment to maintaining your assigned schedule


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):


Post-secondary degree in a relevant or related field (business, communications, customer relations, etc.)
Previous experience in the automotive industry
Familiarity with dealership operations or automotive parts ordering systems
Basic understanding of warranty processes


Schedule & Availability

We understand the importance of work-life balance, and our scheduling reflects that commitment. Here's what you can expect:

Training Period (100% Attendance Required):

First Five Weeks: Instructor-led training, 8 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday
Next Four Weeks: Hands-on calls training, with hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday


Regular Work Schedule:

Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM Eastern Time
Monday through Friday
No weekends required!


Note: Due to the time-sensitive nature of certain queues, you must be able to stick to your assigned schedule reliably and consistently.

Remote Work Requirements

As a remote team member, you'll need to meet the following technical and environmental requirements:


Michigan residency (this position is specifically open to Michigan residents)
High-speed internet access at home that can be connected via Ethernet or landline (wireless/Bluetooth connections are not sufficient for this role)
Cellular phone for communication purposes
Dedicated, secluded workspace that is free from distractions and background noise
Quiet environment suitable for taking customer calls professionally
Ability to maintain a professional home office setup that supports your success
