Your Responsibilities
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a courteous and professional manner
Ā Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries
Ā Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer complaints and issues
Ā Maintain an accurate record of customer interactions in our system
Ā Support the team in achieving service level agreements and maintaining customer satisfaction
Ā Participate in training sessions to learn about our products and improve customer service skills
Ā Contribute ideas to enhance service delivery and improve overall customer experience
Requirements
Ā Strong willingness to learn and a passion for helping customers
Ā Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ā Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate various software and applications
Ā Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
Ā Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Ā Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for effective communication
Ā No prior customer service experience is required; training will be provided
