Ā Look up and track customer orders and research loyalty card account inquiries.

Ā Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
Qualifications:
Ā Strong written communication skills.
Ā Ability to research issues and collaborate with internal teams.
Ā Good documentation skills to track and resolve inquiries.
Ā Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Ā Must be reliable and dependable, with the ability to work onsite.
