What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining our reputation for exceptional customer service. Your primary responsibility is to handle a high volume of incoming contacts from customers, stores, and associates through multiple channels including telephone, live chat, and email.
