The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling all aspects of civil defense litigation, particularly in insurance-related matters such as bodily injury, premises liability, property damage, and general liability claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle a caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Prepare trial documents and assist in trial strategy
• Maintain direct client and carrier communication and reporting
• Provide risk assessment and litigation strategy for insurance carriers
• Ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and case management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable working independently and remotely with virtual teams
• Proficiency in legal practice management and billing systems
