What You’ll Do As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will: • Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database • Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions • Clearly explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process • Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns • Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance • Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards What We’re Looking For Qualified candidates will demonstrate: • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Comfort with technology and virtual work environments • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently • A competitive mindset with a client-focused approach • Sales experience preferred, but not required (training provided) • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities • Coachability and a desire for continuous professional growth Why Join AO Globe Life?
