With a team of talented professionals working remotely from around the world, we're able to offer flexible, high-quality support that meets the unique needs of each client. **The Role** As an e-commerce customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients' customers across various channels, including email, phone, live chat, and social media. You'll work with popular e-commerce brands that align with your interests, using your skills and expertise to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle customer service tickets of all tiers for our clients, providing timely and high-quality responses that meet their needs * Work with clients' platforms, including ticketing systems like Kustomer, Gorgias, and Zendesk, which we'll provide training for (Experience preferred but not required) * Provide excellent customer service over the phone, responding to calls in a professional and empathetic manner * Perform basic administrative tasks as required by clients, such as data entry or reporting * Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions * Work within US timezones (PST, CST, EST) to provide support during peak hours **What We Look For:** * Excellent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the phone * Some experience in customer-facing roles (not required to be customer service specifically) * A genuine interest in the e-commerce space and a desire to learn more about it * Ability to answer multiple inquiries across various channels, including email, Instagram, live chat, and more * Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds and cultures * Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team * Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace **What We Offer:** * A remote role that can be completed from anywhere in the world, as long as you have a reliable internet connection * A competitive starting salary of $10 per hour for full-time work (Some part-time roles may be available) * Comprehensive training on customer service platforms like Shopify and various other help desks * The opportunity to work closely with Founders and successful entrepreneurs who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Paid time off to relax and recharge **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
