Responsibilities
• Partner with business teams to deliver risk-focused, practical support.
• Provide training and guidance on California wage and hour issues and related employment laws.
• Manage and advise on EEOC claims and broader employment law issues.
• Collaborate with and oversee outside counsel to ensure seamless support.
• Align external legal resources with internal priorities, deadlines, and risk analysis.
Requirements
• Juris Doctor (JD) required.
• 7 - 10 years of legal experience.
• Proven expertise in employment law advice and litigation management.
• Direct experience with West Coast employment law required.
• Active JD and bar admission in relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Process- and project-management orientation.
• Excellent communication and risk analysis capabilities.
