[Remote] Coordinator, Funding

Honda Canada Inc. is seeking a Coordinator for their Financial Service Funding team to enhance dealer satisfaction through efficient funding of lease and retail contracts. The role involves processing contracts, addressing dealer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with funding policies.ResponsibilitiesProcess all retail and lease contracts, rebooks through eBiz and the LOS systemAnswer dealer phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally to maintain strong dealer relationshipsIdentify and communicate contract errors to dealersPerform other duties related to contract processing as requiredComply with Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) as it pertains to HCFI internal controls within your day-to-day job function. Adherence of the following would include but not be limited to: Code of Business Ethics/Conduct, Business and operational policies and procedures, IT general and application controlsSkillsCompleted College diploma or University degree in related disciplineMinimum 1 year in data processing and or captive finance company requiredAbility to multitask, display initiative, integrity, and strong attention to detail and accuracyMust have excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build collaborative working relationships with internal and external affiliatesMust entail strong analytical, organization, planning, reasoning, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written & oral communication skillsAbility to work autonomously as well as in a teamAbility to prioritize conflicting demands, and meet tight deadlinesWorking knowledge of automotive retail and lease contractsMust be proficient in Windows and MS OfficeCompany OverviewIn 1969, when Honda came to Canada, we came as a small company with a dream.
