We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Control Systems Engineer Manager to join our team. As a Control Systems Engineer Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems for our fulfillment center operations. You will work closely with our operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless execution of our material handling systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Direct and plan work activities for Control Systems Specialists/Leads to achieve objectives and targets
Collaborate with building operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to support material handling equipment (MHE) systems development and project execution
Understand, maintain, and troubleshoot material handling control systems, including PLC/PC controllers and industrial networks
Monitor MHE metrics and work with maintenance/operations to resolve system performance issues
Provide technical support and guidance to Control Systems Specialists/Leads
Apply technical expertise to improve building utilization of systems and implement process improvements
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts/locations, including weekends, nights, or holidays
Strong technical skills and knowledge of control systems, electrical theory, and industrial automation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with electrical theory, industrial automation, and control systems design
Knowledge of programming languages, such as RSLogix5000 studio, FT View, and other controls software platforms
Experience with SCADA systems, KPIs, and industrial networking protocols
Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and train others
Excellent written, verbal, and customer support skills
