[Remote] CONTRACT | PBM Compliance Paralegal

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lawyers on Demand, a Consilio Company, is currently seeking a paralegal to remotely support one of their corporate clients in a contract Compliance Paralegal capacity. The role involves regulatory monitoring, contract management, and supporting auditing and reporting processes. Responsibilities • Regulatory Monitoring & Research : Tracking new legislation and regulatory changes at the state and federal levels that impact PBM operations, such as Medicare Part D, HIPAA, and specific state PBM laws • Contract Management : Reviewing, analyzing, drafting, and negotiating PBM agreements to ensure they are legally sound, transparent, auditable, and operationally clear • Auditing and Reporting Support : Assisting attorneys and compliance teams during internal and external audits (e.g., CMS or state audits), preparing necessary documentation, and ensuring all reporting requirements are met • Licensing and Filings : Organizing and submitting regulatory filings to state agencies and managing the licensing process for the PBM's various licensed entities across different jurisdictions • Other ad hoc projects as necessary Skills • 4+ years experience in compliance • Ability to be a high-functioning team member • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work remotely with minimal task supervision Company Overview • Lawyers On Demand is the leading flexible legal service provider.
