Key Responsibilities Support the Recruiting area in identifying and initially contacting potential candidates for our searches, utilizing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Propose new alternatives to identify candidates, demonstrating your creativity and resourcefulness in sourcing top talent. Identify opportunities for improvement in the current processes of the area, showcasing your analytical mindset and ability to drive efficiency. Manage notices in different job portals with which we work, ensuring timely and accurate posting of job openings. Evaluate candidates that apply to job openings, assessing their qualifications and fit for our company's needs. Identify and analyze professional profiles in job portals for the different searches we have open, leveraging your knowledge of the industry and job market trends. Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our company's values and mission.
