Job Summary:
Thrive Homes is seeking a Qualified Agent (QA) with an active residential general contractor's license in the state of Minnesota. This individual will act as the QA for the company's residential general contracting projects in Minnesota. A successful candidate will ensure that all projects comply with Minnesota's state regulations and licensing requirements. The QA works closely with project managers and other team members to oversee the success of residential projects when needed, particularly those related to ADA renovations and home modifications.

Responsibilities:
• Act as the QA for Thrive Homes residential general contracting projects in Minnesota.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant state regulations, including permitting, licensing, and inspection processes.

Requirements:
• Active residential general contractor's license in the state of Minnesota.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in residential general contracting.
• Strong knowledge of Minnesota's building codes, permitting processes, and licensing requirements.

Working Conditions:
• This position primarily involves overseeing residential general contracting projects in Minnesota, which may include both remote work and occasional on-site visits as needed.
• Flexibility to work from home and manage projects independently while ensuring compliance with state regulations.
