Job title: Data Analyst Company: Children and Families First Delaware Inc Job description: Description: Support Grants & Performance & Quality Improvement (PQI) Team in maintaining data systems and content, including data aggregation and report creation; assists with data analysis, as needed; supports grant proposal and reporting processes, as needed. Coordinate with team to maintain data systems related to data and grants activities Provide end user support for data systems. Process and aggregate data related to reports in a timely manner. Coordinate with team to create and update reports, including data quality monitoring; incidents; risk; compliance; productivity; client engagement and experience; program impact; and others as needed. Assist with processes related to compliance with agency accreditation requirements and standards. Assist with fulfillment of data requests for subpoenas, records, and other data requests. Assist with other administrative tasks related to data and grants activities, as needed Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience administering data management systems, preferred Experience with quality monitoring and improvement processes, preferred. Experience analyzing data and producing data summary reports, preferred Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, especially Excel and Power Point. Strong organizational skills, including balancing ongoing tasks and one-time projects within workflow.
