Remote Contract Bookkeeper - 10 to 20 hrs monthly
We are a consulting firm in search of a part time/contract bookkeeper who also has billing experience. This is a remote position. This position is a p/t contract position that will start out at 10-20 hours per month (average 2 - 5 hrs weekly). Must have good communication skills, analytical skills and be a team player. Must have 3+ years of Quickbooks Experience.
The owner is the founder and has run this firm for 20 years. She is also a homeschool mom and a believer in homeschool friendly jobs. Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Part-time bookkeeper. The role involves bank reconciliations, AP, AR, handling billing processes, invoicing customers, and utilizing Excel for financial data management.
Qualifications
3+ years experience in Microsoft Excel - required
3+ years experience in Bookkeeping - required
3+ years experience in QuickBooks - required
Experience in billing processes and customer invoicing
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
BQE core software experience a plus
Strong customer service and a team player required
Strong analytical skills
Great team player
Must be available during regular business hours
