[Remote] Complete Surgical Care Solution Representative

Christian Healthcare Ministries (CHM) is a health care sharing ministry for Christians, and they are seeking a Complete Surgical Care Solution Representative. This role serves as the first point of contact for members, providing information and support through inbound communication while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely escalation of concerns. Responsibilities • Serve as the primary inbound contact for CSCS members and families, responding to phone and email inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner • Provide clear, accurate information regarding CSCS and the documentation or details required to support CHM processes • Verify, update, and maintain member information to ensure accuracy and completeness within internal systems • Assess member concerns and determine appropriate next steps, including escalation to leadership when necessary • Document interactions thoroughly and consistently to support continuity of service and internal collaboration • Support the Advantage Care team through administrative and operational assistance as needed • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while upholding CHM’s mission, values, and customer service standards Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • Ability to operate a PC and navigate multiple information systems and applications • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products • Experience using routine office equipment (multi-line phones, printers, copiers, etc.) • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including professional email correspondence • Ability to sit for prolonged periods while performing desk-based work • Experience in a customer service, call center, healthcare, or administrative role preferred • Medical or healthcare-related background a plus • Familiarity with Advantage Care Solutions preferred but not required Benefits • Fully paid health benefits • Retirement and Life Insurance • 12 paid holidays PLUS birthday • Lunch is provided DAILY. • Professional Development • Paid Training Company Overview • Christian Healthcare Ministries is a non-profit organization.
